WeWork India IPO Opens at Rs 615-648, Aims to Raise Rs 3,000 Crore
WeWork India's Initial Public Offering (IPO) opened on October 3, aiming to raise Rs 3,000 crore. The offer price ranges from Rs 615 to Rs 648 per share, with the issue set to close on October 7.
The IPO, an offer for sale, involves the sale of 4.62 crore shares by Embassy Group and WeWork Global. It is backed by various participants, including WeWork India Realty Pvt Ltd, its promoters, lead managers, and both institutional and retail investors. Retail investors can apply for a minimum of 23 shares (Rs 14,904 at the upper price band) and a maximum of 13 lots (around Rs 1.93 lakh).
In the grey market, the premium for WeWork India IPO stands at around 3%, or approximately Rs 15 over the upper price band.
