Volvo Offers €4,165 Package & Discounts for Taxi, Rental Car Drivers
Volvo has announced a range of benefits for taxi and rental car drivers, including discounts, a free package worth €4,165, and an extended offer at the European Taxi Fair in November 2024. The offers aim to make the transition to premium vehicles easier.
Volvo is offering attractive conditions for all engine variants - light hybrid, plug-in hybrid, or fully electric. Members of the Federal Association of Taxi and Rental Car e.V., Taxi and Rental Car Association of Germany e.V., or their affiliated state associations may be eligible for profitable discounts on Volvo taxis and rental cars. These members could also receive a free taxi or rental car package, including a reflective or semi-transparent taximeter, a silent taxi alarm, an emergency alarm system, and initial registration and inspection, when purchasing a new Volvo taxi or rental car from a certified German dealer.
Holger Schmidt, Head of Special Vehicles at Volvo Car Germany GmbH, stated that the 'Free Taxi Package' campaign aims to simplify the move to the premium segment for taxi and rental car customers. The offer is valid for orders between 01 November 2024 and the end of 2024. Additionally, Volvo will present an extended offer for taxi and rental car customers at the European Taxi Fair in Koelnmesse on 08 and 09 November 2024.
Volvo is collaborating with Bundesverband Taxi und Mietwagen e.V. and Taxi- und Mietwagenverband Deutschland e.V. to sell premium taxis and rental cars starting in 2024. The free package, worth €4,165, is a significant incentive for taxi and rental car drivers to consider Volvo's premium offerings.
