Venus Metals Extends Pincher Dome VMS Trend With High-Grade Zinc, Indium Discovery

Venus Metals Corporation (ASX: VMC) has made significant progress at its Youanmi Base Metals Project, with a third diamond drillhole, VMC255, intercepting high-grade zinc and indium. This discovery extends the Pincher Dome VMS Trend, further boosting the project's potential.

The latest drillhole, VMC255, intersected 6 metres @ 2.46% Zn and 9.79 g/t In, including a high-grade section of 1 metre @ 8.94% Zn. This result builds on previous exceptional intercepts from drillholes VMC250 and VMC252, which yielded 19m @ 2.63% Zn and 19.32 g/t In, and 11m @ 3.00% Zn and 19.21 g/t In, respectively.

Venus Metals is advancing the project through metallurgical testwork, resource assessment, and exploration drilling. The company aims to define a large, shallow open-pittable zinc resource within the Pincher area. The global zinc market's potential supply constraints and the presence of critical minerals like indium in the intercepts further enhance the project's appeal.

Venus Metals' Youanmi Base Metals Project continues to deliver promising results, with the latest drillhole extending the Pincher Dome VMS Trend. The project's strategic location, diverse metal portfolio, and exposure to critical minerals position it well for future development. The company is actively working to define a significant zinc resource and optimize recovery through metallurgical testwork.
