According to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2004 No. 861, consumers of electrical energy are obliged to maintain an autonomous backup power source. This backup power source must be kept in a state of readiness for use in case of unscheduled outages, emergency restrictions on the consumption of electrical energy, or use of anti-accident automation. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in consequences such as damage to equipment, threat to life and health of people, ecological safety, and/or state security, significant material damage, and/or irreversible disruption of continuous production processes.

Please note that the schedule for the emergency works on the electrical grid in Yakutsk may change, and the works may not cover all the areas mentioned earlier. The consumer is obliged to keep the backup power source in a state of readiness for use in such cases.
Network organizations are not liable for consequences resulting from a consumer's failure to comply with the requirements of this clause. It is, therefore, essential for consumers to stay informed and prepared for these emergency works.
For precise and current information on such emergency operations in Yakutsk, local Russian energy authorities or regional government communications would be the most direct sources.
- Given the upcoming emergency works on the electrical grid in Yakutsk, consumers should ensure their autonomous backup power sources are ready for use, as failure to comply could lead to significant material damage, irreversible disruption of continuous production processes, or even pose a threat to life and health.
- In light of the planned emergency works on the energy infrastructure, affected industries like finance and energy should consider the potential impact on their operations and invest in appropriate backup power sources to avoid any disruptions, since the network organizations cannot be held liable for the consequences of a consumer's failure to comply with the requirements for maintaining a standby power source.
