University of Bremen Joins Forces for DLR_Uni_Summer_School 2018
The University of Bremen joins the Technical University of Braunschweig and the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in supporting the DLR_Uni_Summer_School 2018. This event, focused on aviation, will provide over 30 students from across Germany with practical experiences and networking opportunities from September 10th to 14th.
The DLR_Uni_Summer_School aims to introduce students to new aspects of aviation through hands-on experiences. Participants will collect and analyze data on flight characteristics and performance during trials on the Dornier Do 128-6 aircraft, identified as 'D-IBUF'. The event offers practical flight trials and experiments on a research aircraft, along with simulations. Hosted by the DLR and the Institute of Flight Guidance (IFF) of the Technical University of Brunswick, the event also involves six other aviation universities in cooperation.
