Revamped Update:
TOMSK, MAY 6 - RIA Tomsk. Tomsk's Anti-Monopoly Authority (UFAS) has spotted some fishy business in the Department of Tariff Regulation of Tomsk Oblast for hiking up rates for all regional waste management operators in 2024. Antitrust cops have cracked the whip, demanding they fix these shenanigans and settle on economically sound rates for 2025, according to the department's press service on Tuesday.

Details reveal that the violations were found in the calculations for the following waste management operators: OOO "Transib," OOO "Risk," OOO "Partner," OOO "ABF Logistics," OOO "ABF System," and OOO "ABF Resource" (According to open sources, OOO "ABF Resource" is not a waste management operator but operates a waste sorting complex in Seversk. - Red.).
