On Thursday, a truck driver from Viersen was stopped by police officers from the Circles Police Department Euskirchen on federal highway 51 near Dahlem-Schmidtheim. The incident occurred between Prüm and Blankenheim.

Upon stopping the driver, further violations of social regulations were detected. The truck driver was found to be violating seat belt laws, and a harassment report was filed against him for his aggressive and provocative driving. He was reported to have tailgated, used high beams excessively, and passed other vehicles in a dangerous manner.
