Qualifications
Successful candidates must have completed training as a real estate agent (Immobilienkaufmann/-frau) with further qualification such as Immobilienfachwirt or Immobilienmakler IHK, or a comparable education. Solid knowledge of real estate commercial matters and legal frameworks of real estate brokerage is essential, along with strong communication skills and negotiation talent.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary, up to 13.8 salaries within the framework of the Sparkasse special payment in the salary group 9a TVoD-S (plus additional agreement).
