The new deal is expected to significantly increase their earnings, although the exact figure has not been officially disclosed as of August 2025.
Aston Villa secured a first-ever deal with adidas last year. However, they ended their deal with Castore prematurely due to complaints from players about the fabric soaking up too much sweat.
Smaller clubs like Everton, Newcastle, West Ham, and Crystal Palace earn between £4 million and £8 million annually.
In addition to these kit deals, sponsors can now pay extra to have their logos on sleeves in addition to their names on the front of the shirt. Notable sponsors include Manchester City (Etihad Airways), Manchester United (Qualcomm Snapdragon), Arsenal (Emirates), Newcastle United (Sela), and Liverpool (Standard Chartered). Chelsea currently does not have a sponsor.
The most popular kit maker is the German sportswear giant adidas, which has deals with eight Premier League clubs. Other brands partnering with Premier League clubs include Puma, Nike, Hummel, Castore, Umbro, and Macron.
The total earnings from kit deals for the top 20 Premier League clubs this season is estimated to be around £563 million, with most of the total going to the ten biggest clubs.
