Tidal to Close ATAC US Rotation ETF (RORO) on October 20, 2025

Tidal Financial Group, the ETF company behind the ATAC US Rotation ETF (RORO), has announced the closure and liquidation of the fund. RORO will cease trading on NYSE Arca at market close on October 20, 2025.

Tidal Investments LLC, the adviser to RORO, has made the decision to wind down the fund. During this period, the Fund may hold higher levels of cash and deviate from its stated investment objective to facilitate liquidation. Shareholders are advised to sell their shares on or before October 20, 2025, as shares will no longer be available for secondary market transactions after that date. Any remaining shares will be automatically redeemed for cash based on the Fund's net asset value (NAV) as of the liquidation date, October 24, 2025. Proceeds will be distributed to shareholders' brokerage accounts in accordance with standard procedures.

The ATAC US Rotation ETF (RORO) will officially terminate after distributions are made. The exact details of the liquidation process, including timelines and distribution amounts, will be provided to shareholders in the near future.
