David Konrath, a seasoned lawyer specialising in antitrust and competition law, has returned to Taylor Wessing as a partner. The 38-year-old brings extensive experience in cartel proceedings, merger control, and state aid law.
Konrath previously worked at Taylor Wessing from 2013 to 2021, rising from associate to senior associate. He then moved to EY Law, where he led the competition practice. Now, he returns to Taylor Wessing to bolster its competition & Compliance team in Austria.
His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including competition compliance, which will be a significant asset to the firm's clients.
