Street Completely Shut Down on Fronhofstrasse in Hürth-Fischenich
On Monday night, passengers of Line 720 in Hürth will experience some changes in their route due to the closure of Fronhof Street for the installation of a construction crane for football today.
From 6:00 to 12:00 on Monday night, Fronhof Street will be closed. As a result, the stops "Fronhof Street", "Drafen Street", "Vochemer Street", "Am Bruch", and "Auf der Höhe" will not be served during this period.
Passengers are advised to use the temporary stops in the direction of Hürth Mitte on Genner Street at house numbers 46/48 and the corner of An St. Martin for the journey towards Fischenich Stadtbahn. The city utilities Hürth recommend using the regular stops "Rosellen Platz" and "Genner Street" for passengers of Line 720.
Information sheets will be provided at the affected stops for passengers, and the affected residents will be informed in writing about the changes in bus routes. Passengers are still advised to check for updates or alternative routes on Monday night, 8th September.
The client for the expansion of the heating power plant reference system in Fischenich is RheinEnergie AG. The construction crane installation is still scheduled for Monday night, 8th September. All access roads remain free during the closure of Fronhof Street.
Buses of Line 720 will be rerouted in both directions via Genner Street on Monday night, 8th September. Passengers of Line 720 may experience changes in their route on this day.
