Stellantis' new leadership team unveiled by CEO Antonio Filosa on his first day in office
In a significant shake-up of its management structure, automotive giant Stellantis N.V. has unveiled its new leadership team, effective from June 23, 2025. The new team, led by CEO Antonio Filosa, reflects a strategic focus on product decision-making close to key regions and leveraging Stellantis' diverse strengths and expertise.
At the helm, CEO Antonio Filosa retains his role as Head of North America and American Brands, while also taking on the mantle of the company's CEO. Doug Ostermann, previously the CFO, now adds Mergers & Acquisitions and Joint Ventures to his responsibilities.
The European division sees significant changes, with Jean-Philippe Imparato taking charge of Enlarged Europe & European Brands, including Maserati. Emanuele Cappellano leads South America and Stellantis Pro One, the commercial vehicle division. Davide Mele heads Product Planning, while Ned Curic continues his leadership of Product Development & Technology.
Quality is now under the supervision of Sébastien Jacquet, and Scott Thiele takes on a new role as Head of Supply Chain, consolidating functions previously housed in Planning and Manufacturing. Arnaud Deboeuf remains at the helm of Manufacturing.
Xavier Chéreau continues to lead Human Resources and Sustainability, and Clara Ingen-Housz joins the leadership team as Head of Corporate Affairs & Communications.
Four senior leaders report directly to the CEO: Ralph Gilles as Head of Design, Olivier François as Head of Marketing, Alison Jones leading Parts & Services and Circular Economy, and Giorgio Fossati as General Counsel.
In addition to these appointments, Monica Genovese is appointed head of Purchasing, and Philippe de Rovira leads the "Rest of World" and Stellantis Financial Services.
This restructuring follows organizational changes announced in February 2025, emphasizing Stellantis' commitment to leveraging its global presence and diverse expertise to drive growth and innovation in the automotive industry.
Notably, Richard Palmer continues as a strategic advisor to Stellantis N.V., while Maxime Picat and Béatrice Foucher are acknowledged for their contributions to Stellantis and wished well in their future endeavours. This new leadership team promises to steer Stellantis towards a promising future in the rapidly evolving automotive landscape.
