Sports betting giant BetMGM fortifies its commitment to women's sports through partnerships with the Las Vegas Aces and the WNBA.

BetMGM and the Las Vegas Aces announce a multi-year partnership, making BetMGM the exclusive online casino and sportsbook partner of the WNBA franchise. The deal, which lasts through the 2027 season, marks BetMGM's first major association with a professional women's sports team.

Under the agreement, BetMGM's branding will be visible at the Aces' home court, the Michelob ULTRA Arena at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, and across the team's social media channels. Perks for BetMGM users include courtside access to pre-game shootarounds and luxury VIP seating.

Adam Greenblatt, BetMGM CEO, remarked, "As women's sports are experiencing a period of significant growth, we are delighted to align ourselves with the WNBA and the Aces, both of which are located in our hometown at Mandalay Bay. Our shared commitment to giving back to the community is a perfect match."

Expanding its collaboration with the WNBA, BetMGM has been named an authorized gaming partner through 2027. The deal offers commercial inventory during nationally televised games, WNBA tickets and experiences for VIP players, co-branded digital content, and articles on the league's website. A WNBA-branded online slot game is also planned, marking the first of its kind.

The partnership also introduces the "BetMGM Steals for Meals" program, which focuses on combating food insecurity. For every steal the Aces make at home during the 2025 season, BetMGM will donate $50 to The Just One Project, a Nevada-based nonprofit.

According to Nikki Fargas, Aces President, "We are proud to partner with BetMGM, especially for their support to The Just One Project. As a top-notch defensive team, particularly at home, this cooperation gives our players further motivation to excel."

Lance Evans, SVP of Sports and Sponsorships at MGM Resorts International, added, "The Las Vegas Aces have played a crucial role in our city's development as a global sports and entertainment hub since 2018. Together with BetMGM, we look forward to hosting fan events at Mandalay Bay and other properties, welcoming both local and visiting basketball enthusiasts."

BetMGM continues to see increased engagement with the WNBA, reporting 133% year-over-year growth in betting activity during the 2024 season and offering expanded wagering options, including player props and odds on the 2025 Commissioner's Cup. The company has also emphasized its commitment to responsible gaming, implementing gaming tools to promote responsible practices on its mobile and desktop platforms.

  1. The partnership between BetMGM and the Las Vegas Aces, extending through the 2027 season, expands into the realm of finance, making BetMGM an authorized gaming partner in real-estate (Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino) and sports (WNBA).
  2. BetMGM's collaboration with the WNBA doesn't just involve sports betting; it extends to various domains such as business (commercial inventory during nationally televised games), digital content, articles on the league's website, and even a WNBA-branded online slot game - a first of its kind.
  3. Beyond sports and finance, the partnership between BetMGM and the Las Vegas Aces also incorporates social responsibility, with the "BetMGM Steals for Meals" program aiming to combat food insecurity in Nevada, donating funds for every steal the Aces make at home during the 2025 season.
