The ideal candidate for this position would have completed a banker apprenticeship and possess knowledge of commercial lending. Strong communication skills, organisational ability, and an outstanding customer service orientation are also crucial. Enthusiasm for the region and people is a must, as the role requires conducting campaign-supported sales activities on 'Service & Liquidity' and preparing sales conversations for comprehensive customer needs assessments.
The successful candidate will work in a region offering a high quality of life, with 10 branches and around 170 employees. They will also benefit from a tailored onboarding plan. Ideally, candidates should have an IHK-certified training as a commercial employee for insurance and financial services or insurance sales specialist.
