Global Law Firm Assists Sirius Real Estate in Successful €105 Million Bond Issue

In a significant move, global law firm has advised Sirius Real Estate Limited on the successful issue of unsecured bonds with a volume of €105 million. HSBC Continental Europe acted as the sole bookrunner for the bond issuance.

The bond matures in 2028 and is governed by German law. It is admitted to trading on the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The Frankfurt team that worked on the bond issuance included partner Christoph Enderstein, senior associates Denis Dräger and Florian Fraunhofer.

This is not the first time the global law firm has worked with Sirius Real Estate. In fact, they have advised the company on all of its previous bond issues, including the issue of the bond in 2021. The bond in 2021 that was tapped again in the current issue had a maturity date of 2028.

Sirius Real Estate Limited is a leading owner and operator of commercial and industrial parks in Germany and the United Kingdom. The investment bank involved in advising on the bond issuance of Sirius Real Estate Limited was J.P. Morgan.

The total outstanding aggregate principal amount of the bond is €464.9 million.
