"Siama-Lend Announces Plans for Distribution Hub in Sysert"
In a lively chat at our platform, the hot topic was the ongoing progress in the industrial sector. The Deputy Minister of Investment and Development for the Sverdlovsk region, Sergey Sosnovskih, dished the latest scoop on the third phase of "Titan Valley," spearheaded by the "Sima-Land" group.
He shed light on the advancements of this phase, which kicked off in December 2024. A prominent company received resident status in February 2025 to execute a groundbreaking project for an innovative distribution center. The construction is progressing swiftly, and they're gearing up for commissioning the center shortly, followed by establishing an automated logistics complex. But that's not all; the new territory will also serve as a hub for light industry projects, according to Sergey.
Our site covered an earlier report that "Sima-Land" unveiled its new headquarters project in the Sysertsky district during the Innoprom exhibition back in 2023. The overall planned area was a whopping 166 hectares, with a chunk assigned for the OЭЗ site.
Digging deeper, we found that "Sima-Land" plans to pump a staggering 8.7 billion rubles into the innovative distribution center, creating a massive 1,500 jobs. Meanwhile, the budget for the automated logistics complex is set at a comparatively smaller 417 million rubles, promising the creation of 500 new jobs. The company aims to see the project through until 2028, christening it "Sima-town."
