Shepherd Surveyors Sell Two Inveralmond Plots for £766k

Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has successfully sold two plots of commercial real estate at Inveralmond Industrial Estate in Perth. The total sale amount reached £766,000. The estate, located off Ruthvenfield Road, offers direct access to local and national road networks.

The first plot, a 1.2-acre site at Ruthvenfield Way, was snapped up by Crossford Properties for an undisclosed sum. Meanwhile, the second plot, a 0.4-acre yard with a 722 sq ft workshop, found a buyer in Arnold Clark, who also paid an undisclosed amount. However, it has since emerged that Fife-based Dalcon Developments is the actual buyer of the second site.

The sales at Inveralmond Industrial Estate demonstrate the ongoing demand for commercial property in the area. Shepherd Chartered Surveyors facilitated the transactions, with the total sale amount reaching £766,000. The estate's strategic location and accessibility continue to attract businesses.
