Romanian development company STC Partners buys property for a residential development in Pipera
In an exciting development for the real estate industry in Bucharest, STC Partners, a leading player in the sector, has announced plans for a new residential project in the picturesque district of Pipera.
The project, named Quartier Pipera, will span over a 1.6-hectare plot of land, acquired by STC Partners from Medicover (Anemir Investments SRL-the SPV company) for over EUR 8 million. The total investment for Quartier Pipera is estimated to exceed EUR 65 million.
Adi Steiner, Partner and CEO of STC Partners, made a statement about the new project. Steiner, who is also actively involved in major real estate industry events and discussions on market growth and adaptation strategies, expressed his enthusiasm for the project.
Quartier Pipera is scheduled to begin construction in Q2 2026 and be completed in Q1 2029. The project will be developed in two phases and will boast a gross area above ground of 42,000 sqm, with an underground surface of 19,000 sqm.
The project will offer a range of living options, including double studios, 2, 3, and 4-room apartments. In addition to the residential units, Quartier Pipera will also include parking lots, storage spaces, gardens, and other benefits, ensuring a comfortable living experience for its residents.
One of the standout features of Quartier Pipera will be its commitment to sustainability. Natural deep green areas will occupy 25% of the total land, while urban gardens and green spaces will cover 35%. This focus on greenery is aimed at creating a harmonious living environment that blends seamlessly with the surrounding nature.
STC Partners is no stranger to successful real estate development projects. The company completed Quartier Gramont, a residential project near the Palace of Parliament, in 2021. Currently, STC Partners is developing Quartier Azuga near the Tei area in Bucharest and Quartier Ferdinand on Ferdinand I Blvd.
As the construction of Quartier Pipera progresses, more details about the project will be revealed. For now, the design concept for the new project is currently being developed by STC Partners. With their proven track record and commitment to creating high-quality living spaces, the anticipation for Quartier Pipera is growing.
