The ideal candidate for our MIA (Merchant Intelligence & Analytics) team possesses a goal-oriented, iterative mindset and practical experience with research. With a focus on designing for unfamiliar problems, especially in B2B contexts, you'll help merchandisers make data-informed decisions.
Constructor's unique approach to AI-first solutions in e-commerce centers on real-time, individualized personalization and natural language product discovery, powered by advanced AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and analysis of user clickstream behavior.
Key features of our platform include:
- Conversational Search with AI Shopping Agent (ASA): Shoppers can interact using natural, full-sentence queries (e.g., “What should I wear to a beach wedding?”) and receive relevant, in-stock, personalized product results.
