Over 50 Entrepreneurs Network for Clever Energy Solutions

Over 50 entrepreneurs gathered at the Hettich Group in Kirchlengern for the 'Practical Talk for Clever Energy Solutions in Companies'. The event, organised by the 'Company Network Climate Protection' in the Herford district, was deemed a success by Birgit Rehberg, head of the department for regional development and climate protection, due to the valuable exchange and networking opportunities it provided.

The network, which has been active in the district for several years, brought together representatives from various companies to discuss sustainability, environmental, and climate protection. Philip Kleineberg from ProElectrify showcased practical solutions for small business ideas, including bidirectional charging, commercial storage, and smart energy management. Meanwhile, Daniel Menke from the Hettich Group spoke about photovoltaics, heat recovery, and a pilot project aimed at reducing natural gas consumption.

Jan Hüttner, economic developer in the Herford district, praised the commitment and expertise of local companies in sustainability and energy efficiency. He highlighted that smart, flexible energy solutions not only help businesses remain adaptable in the long term but also enhance their 'green' image.

Future events will be announced at the intermunicipal economic development. Despite the search results not providing the name of the person responsible for intermunicipal economic development in the Herford district or an email address for inquiries about events, the success of the 'Practical Talk' signals a strong commitment from local businesses to sustainable practices.
