Oliver Brügge steps down as Managing Director of Zanders Development Company mbH on 31st July, 2026.
In the heart of the city, Zanders Development GmbH, a renowned project company, is preparing for a change at the top. The current CEO, Oliver Brügge, will be stepping down from his position effective from January 2025.

Oliver Brügge, who deeply regrets having to leave Zanders Development, plans to use the remaining months to build up the project's content and organization. He intends to hand over the leadership to a new, qualified individual.
The process to fill the key position of Zanders Development has already begun. The newly elected mayor proposes a successor for the position of CEO after Oliver Brügge. This individual will be chosen by the newly elected council, under the guidance of the mayor.

Mayor Stein expressed his regret over Oliver Brügge's decision, stating that the project company remains an exciting challenge and a fantastic development project. He is hopeful for a smooth transition to the future management of Zanders Development.
