A proposal to construct three four-story townhouses on a vacant lot in Old Town is set for review by the city's Board of Architectural Review later this month. The project, designed by Jonathan Kuhn Architect, aims to build three-bedroom homes with multiple bathrooms and outdoor spaces at 806 N. Columbus Street.

The architectural firm behind the project is Studio Twenty Seven Architecture. The townhouses, planned for the intersection with Madison Street and two blocks east of N. Patrick Street (Route 1), will feature two 16 feet wide homes and one 18.25 feet wide home. Each residence will boast three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two half-baths, a recreation room on the fourth floor, a rear deck, and a rooftop deck.

The proposal is slated for review on Thursday, October 16, by the Board of Architectural Review.
