Matthew Ives Named New CEO of Dunhill
Matthew Ives has been appointed as the new CEO of British luxury menswear brand Dunhill. He will assume the role on October 13, 2024, reporting directly to Philippe Fortunato, CEO of Richemont's fashion and accessories maisons. Ives succeeds Andrew Holmes, who has been serving as interim CEO since early 2024.
Ives brings a wealth of experience to Dunhill, with over a decade of senior leadership roles at Richemont. He has led teams at Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels, demonstrating a deep understanding of the luxury industry. Fortunato praised Ives' knowledge of both the luxury sector and Richemont, highlighting it as crucial for leading Dunhill.
Before joining Richemont, Ives worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. His extensive experience and expertise make him an ideal fit for Dunhill's vision to solidify its position as the leading British masculine luxury maison. Ives expressed his delight in joining Dunhill and working with creative director Simon Holloway to strengthen the brand's identity.
