In Krasnoyarsk Krai, nearly half of all capital investments were directed towards construction and reconstruction of facilities, about 29% went towards purchasing machinery and equipment, and 10% towards building structures.
By industry, half of the investments went towards the extraction of mineral resources, while 14% towards metal production. Transportation accounted for around 8%, while energy, gas, and steam made up 5.5%.
In more than 64% of cases in the Krai, investors used their own funds, while 27.5% resorted to loans. An additional 7% were budget investments.
In Khakassia, investment growth for 2024 reached 6.7%, while in Tyve, it was 34.7%. Most investments in both regions focused on construction and purchasing equipment. In Khakassia, the highest activity was seen in transportation and storage (approximately 36% of all investments) and mineral resource extraction (14%), while in Tyve, most investments were directed towards energy resources (more than half of all investments).
According to a survey of industrial sector leaders in the Eniseiyskiy region of Siberia, the main incentives for investments in 2024 were the profitability of investments in core capital and the high demand for their products.
56% of entrepreneurs in Krasnoyarsk Krai, 51% in Khakassia, and 33% in Tyve cited this as a significant factor. In addition, the good state of an organization's technical infrastructure and the availability of financial resources also stimulated investments.
As earlier noted by the government of Krasnoyarsk Krai, this leading region of Eniseiyskiy Siberia ranks among the top ten in Russia in terms of investments. In 2025, authorities anticipate similar returns from the implementation of major investment projects on vast Syberian territories.
