M&G Appoints Tim Page as Chief Compliance Officer to Drive Global Governance
M&G Investments has appointed Tim Page as its new chief compliance officer, a move that chief executive Joseph Pinto expects to be 'instrumental' in maintaining the firm's governance pace with its ambition. Page joins from Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where he spent a decade, including three years as managing director, head of international compliance.
Page will report to Shawn Gamble, M&G's chief risk and compliance officer, and join the firm's asset management executive committee under Joseph Pinto. His role will involve overseeing the compliance function across M&G's global asset management operations. This appointment comes as M&G's assets under management from external international clients have more than doubled, from 37% in 2019 to 58% in 2025.
With his extensive experience in international compliance, Tim Page is well-positioned to support M&G's growing global presence. His appointment reflects the firm's commitment to robust governance as it continues to expand its international client base.
