Qualifications
Qualifications for this role include further training as a Sparkassen or bank business economist, at least three years of customer consulting experience at a bank, preferably in the field of mortgage lending, knowledge of sales and acquisition techniques, good business management knowledge, good tax and legal basics with a focus on real estate, and a good understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.
