Inflection Point-led Special Purpose Acquisition Company consults our law firm over an $800 million business merger accord with Merlin
White & Case LLP, a global law firm, has advised Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. I on its business combination agreement with Merlin, a developer of assured, autonomous flight technology. This transaction values Merlin at US$800 million pre-money.

The transaction aims to continue supporting national security in a rapidly evolving defense landscape. It also has over US$125 million in committed PIPE capital, positioning Merlin to scale AI-enabled autonomous flight capabilities.
Notably, this is the third Inflection Point-led SPAC for which White & Case has advised on both its initial public offering and de-SPAC transaction. Recently, White & Case also advised Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. III on its initial public offering.
