The Titan Heavy Machinery industrial platform in Bucharest's District 3 is set for a public auction on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at the headquarters of the judicial administrator CITR. The auction will kick off at a starting price of EUR 16 million.

This industrial asset, situated within the former FAUR industrial area, offers a unique opportunity for investors. The platform, previously known as IMUAB, was privatized in the 1990s and specialized in producing equipment for the rubber processing industry.
