Responsibilities
As a Building Management Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks. You will also monitor building systems such as HVAC, security, and safety compliance, maintain records of building operations, repairs, and inspections, and support budgeting and cost control for building management expenses.
During the new construction of the main branch, you will be involved in special tasks. Additionally, you will check invoices, support budget and cost planning, and participate in the sale of existing properties. You will also organize technical adjustments such as safe combination changes and process damage cases for the in-house insurances.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have successfully completed commercial training and possess relevant vocational training or an associate degree in facility management, administration, or a related field. Previous experience in building or facility management, especially in commercial or financial environments, is highly desirable.
You should demonstrate strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail. Basic technical knowledge related to building systems and safety regulations is essential, as is proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite). Excellent communication skills are necessary for liaising with vendors, contractors, and internal staff. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties effectively is also important.
