Implementation of revised land tax policies set to commence on January 1, 2025

Residents of Our City will soon receive new property tax assessments, as announced by the tax office. The assessments will be based on the five-factor method: property area, building area, type of use, land value, and the average land value of the municipality.

The city council has adjusted the tax rates for property tax A (agricultural and forestry operations) to 436% and for property tax B (built-up properties) to 555% in a meeting on December 16, 2024. Any questions regarding the property tax notice can be directed to the department of taxes and fees at the city hall.
