Imperial Brands has announced plans to shut down its Reemtsma plant in Langenhagen, Germany. The move could impact up to 640 jobs near me. The plant, opened in 1971, produces classic cigarettes, fine-cut tobacco, and tobacco sticks for heat-not-burn devices.
