IFGL Announces Leadership Changes as Senior Staff Retire

International Financial Group Limited (IFGL) has announced a series of leadership changes as several senior staff prepare to retire. The transitions will take place over the coming months, with new appointments already underway.

Neil Chadwick has taken over as chief sales officer (CSO) of IFGL, succeeding Simon Pack who will retire in March 2026. Pack will continue to work alongside Chadwick until his departure. Meanwhile, Vicky Ackers has been promoted to chief customer services officer, replacing Steve Weston who will move to Ardan International as chief commercial officer and CEO.

In the Asia region, Richard Le Gallez is set to become the new regional sales manager, subject to regulatory approval, taking over from David Gervais who is among the senior staff retiring. Jenny Trimble, currently head of group internal audit, will step into the role of chief strategy officer. Other long-serving senior IFGL staff expected to retire in the near future include Mike Crellin, Simon Barwell, and Nigel Danzelman.

These changes reflect IFGL's commitment to succession planning and grooming internal talent. The new appointees bring fresh perspectives and valuable experience to their respective roles, ensuring a smooth transition as IFGL continues to navigate the financial landscape.
