Dom.RF, a prominent Russian government housing corporation, has revealed plans to sell two large plots adjacent to the picturesque Ssyertskoye Reservoir. The first plot, approximately 51 hectares in size, is slated for sale in the second quarter of 2025, with an estimated cadastral value of about 413.4 million rubles. The second plot, measuring roughly 67.56 hectares, is expected to be auctioned in the fourth quarter of 2026, carrying a cadastral value of 1.9 million rubles.

Located near the Nižne-Sýsertskoye Reservoir, both plots enjoy close proximity to natural amenities such as parks and waterways. The nearby district offers opportunities for individual residential construction and the erection of low-rise, multiple-unit dwellings. Additional features of the area include equestrian clubs and glamping sites, with the closest settlement around 6.3 kilometers away.

Plot-specific usage permissions include residential construction and recreational zones for the first plot, while the second plot is currently zoned for agricultural use. Prices will be determined following a comprehensive appraisal of each property.

Additionally, it has come to light that nearby Moscow-based developers are poised to construct a substantial suburban villa complex, as part of an expansive, decade-long development project. The initial dwellings are scheduled for completion in 2027 as part of Dom.RF's comprehensive territorial development strategy.

A recent analysis indicates that the projects aim to integrate energy-efficient housing, green public spaces, and infrastructure such as roads, utilities, and social services like schools and healthcare facilities. The initiatives are designed to harmonize with the region's natural beauty while simultaneously promoting sustainable urban growth.

This sale and development project promises to bring new life to the area, potentially attracting a sizable, eco-conscious community to the Ssyertskoye Reservoir region.
