Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- 8+ years of experience in DEI, Learning & Development, organizational development, or talent strategy.
- A Master’s degree in relevant fields, experience in the non-profit sector, and knowledge of different cultures and regions.
- Experience coaching and managing multicultural teams.
- Familiarity with learning technology platforms and data-driven approaches to measuring impact.
- Expertise in learning programme design, instructional methodologies, and leadership development.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly in mission-driven, global organizations.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on programme execution.
- A commitment to Wikimedia's values and the free knowledge movement.
