GVB's management is now under Eitner's leadership
Janis Eitner has taken on a new role as the Director of Member Development and Communications at the Bavarian Cooperative Association (GVB), effective from January 1, 2025.
Eitner brings over two decades of experience in strategic communication, interest representation, and brand management to his new position. Before joining GVB, he served as Head of Communications & Marketing at the Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA).
In his role at GVB, Eitner is responsible for strategic member orientation, external and internal communications, marketing, and sales services. He does not, however, manage supply chain, logistics, financial, accounting, research and development, legal affairs, compliance, human resources, product development, or engineering aspects of the organisation.
Eitner reports directly to GVB President Stefan Müller, and his role does not involve any human resources management responsibilities. The Bavarian Cooperative Association (GVB) is the organisation where Janis Eitner now works.
