Guess where else traffic was grinding to a halt? Near the "Krasnodar" park, on streets School, Yaltinskaya, Progressive, Vostochnyi-Kruglikovskaya, and Severnyi Most. Motorists were stuck in traffic on Stavropolskaya – from Dimitrova to Starokubanskoe Ring, 2nd Pyatiletka, Selezneva, and Ural too. Seems like a pothole repair project started there, and it's gonna be sticking around all summer, reducing traffic to just two lanes.

There were congestions on Volodya Golovatogo near the "Gallery" shopping center, Kalinina, Vorovskogo, Krasnye Partizany, Krasnyi, Zippovskaya, 40th Anniversary of Victory, Sadovaya, Moskovskaya, MOPR, Dzerzhinsky, and Zapadnyi Obhod as well. Reconstruction commenced on Zapadnyi Obhod, forcing drivers to find detours. Movement on Dzerzhinsky got restricted due to the construction of an underground passage.
