Fisker Inc. Plans to Partner with Dealerships for Hybrid Vehicle Sales with a Promised No-Negotiation Pricing Structure

Fisker Inc., the automotive company dedicated to creating the world's most emotional and sustainable electric vehicles, is transforming its strategic efforts to cater to the increasing demand for the Fisker Ocean and to prepare for the launch of additional future models.

The company, led by Chairman and CEO Henrik Fisker, is adopting an innovative Dealer Partnership model in North America and a hybrid of direct sales and dealer arrangements in Europe. This move is aimed at providing customers with no-haggle pricing (where permitted) and offering dealer partners larger market territories.

Fisker aims to add as many as 50 dealer partners in the US and Canada and a similar number of dealer locations in Europe this year. Interested dealers in North America can reach out to Fisker Inc. via the email address: [email protected], while those in the EU can contact the company via [email protected].

The new dealer partners will offer streamlined customer support and service, expanded test-drive opportunities, and facilitate financing and insurance arrangements. They will also assist customers with matters related to Fisker's warranty. Fisker does not plan to require its dealer partners to make extensive, time-consuming, or costly changes to their existing facilities.

In addition, Fisker will continue to maintain its own Fisker Lounges in global markets for customers to experience the brand and contribute sales leads. These lounges have played a crucial role in showcasing Fisker's commitment to creating vehicles that blend emotional appeal with sustainability.

The EV market has experienced significant changes throughout 2023, with Fisker Inc. adopting an agency model for sales and distribution in European markets, while continuing direct sales. The company remains focused on working with dealers who prioritize delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

Fisker's mission remains unchanged – to create the world's most emotional and sustainable electric vehicles. With the expansion of its dealer network, the company is one step closer to making these vehicles accessible to a wider audience.

By Q1 2024, Fisker expects its first dealers to start receiving vehicles, marking a significant milestone in the company's journey towards electrifying the automotive industry.
