Sparkasse Pforzheim Calw, one of the largest savings banks in Baden-Württemberg with a balance sheet total of 17.4 billion euros, is seeking a dedicated professional for a permanent Team Collections/Legal position in Pforzheim.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual with several years of practical experience in commercial lending and enforcement law (optional), to represent Sparkasse in insolvency and enforcement proceedings. The Team Collections/Legal position involves managing and coordinating debt collection processes, handling legal matters related to overdue accounts, communicating with customers to resolve payment issues, and collaborating with legal representatives or external lawyers if needed. The role also includes conducting judicial and extrajudicial measures for debt collection, realizing collateral, initiating enforcement measures, and participating in creditors' committees.
Ideal candidates should possess a degree or vocational training in law, business administration, or finance, with experience or knowledge in debt collection and legal regulations. Strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in handling legal documentation and banking software, and a confident appearance towards internal and external partners are essential.
The role offers flexible working hours, mobile work, 32 vacation days, and attractive remuneration according to TVöD-S (including Sparkasse special payment and employer-financed pension).
