_Falcon Finance Unveils Transparency Page, Revealing Rock-Solid Reserves and Unwavering Security Strategy
Falcon Finance, a pioneer in synthetic dollars, has officially unveiled its transparency dashboard. This page offers users a real-time sneak peek into the metrics safeguarding its USDf synthetic dollars.
The transparency dashboard displays the following core metrics in real-time:
- Total reserves
- Backing protocol ratio
- Reserves with third-party custodians
- Reserves with centralized exchanges
- Reserves on-chain in liquidity pools
- Reserves on-chain in staking pools
The reserves breakdown presents the assets' distribution across third-party custodians, centralized exchanges, liquidity pools, and staking pools.
Falcon Finance fortifies its reserves mainly through MPC (Multi-Party Computation) wallets, integrating services like Fireblocks and Ceffu. These assets are also stored within off-exchange settlement accounts, while trading activities are mirrored on exchanges such as Binance and Bybit.
Primary portions of assets are allocated to Binance and Bybit for strategy and trade execution. However, the majority of assets remain tucked away in Falcon Finance's designated custodian accounts, upholding stringent standards for risk management and integrity.
To expand its ability to seize yield opportunities without compromising security standards, Falcon Finance strategically allocates its reserves to on-chain liquidity pools and staking pools.
A vital feature of the transparency page is the attestation section, where users can peruse Falcon Finance's third-party audit reports and proof of reserves statements. Current reports include audits conducted by Zellic (March 2025) and Pashov Audit Group (February 2025).
Falcon Finance pledges to issue updated third-party proof of reserves reports on a quarterly basis, with the next report due at the end of the second quarter.
Andrei Grachev, managing partner of Falcon Finance, declared:
“Falcon Finance is dedicated to building systems that users can rely on - even in volatile markets.
Our transparency page is part of our broader effort to ensure transparency, resilience, and security at every level.”
Since the initiation of its closed beta phase, Falcon Finance has garnered over 200 million dollars in TVL (Total Value Locked). Falcon enables users to mint USDf by depositing a range of supported assets, including stablecoins like USDC and USDT, and non-stablecoin assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and TON.
The unveiling of the transparency page marks a significant step in offering verifiable assurance that each USDf minted is fully backed by a collateral equivalent in value.
By removing barriers and fostering openness, users can make informed decisions and trust in our products.
