The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advisory services to clients regarding securities investment products, supporting the passive investment business, monitoring and managing investment portfolios, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Ideally, the candidate will have a degree in finance, economics, or business administration, professional experience in securities and financial advisory, strong knowledge of capital markets, and relevant certifications such as those in securities trading or financial advice. A certification as a certified sales trainer is also highly desirable.
In addition to the core responsibilities, the role involves supporting and assisting assigned sales units in the securities and passive business, as well as accompanying complex customer conversations. The individual will also support local management in preparing, accompanying, and controlling measures, and accompany trainees in the securities business.
The offer includes flexible working hours, up to 13.8 salaries within the framework of the Sparkasse special payment, up to 32 days of vacation, and paid leave on December 24th and 31st.
