Home and workspace heating just got a significant boost! Electric heater manufacturer Lucht LHZ, nestled in Burgstädt near Chemnitz, Germany, is expanding its production capacity due to a steadily rising demand. In an exclusive interview, CEO Uwe Lucht revealed the company is aiming to extend its production by more than half with a new commercial space[2]. What's more exciting? This expansion is projected to escalate Lucht LHZ's workforce from 65 to 80 over the next three years, with investments close to three million euros earmarked for Burgstädt[3].

The company witnessed a remarkable success last year, selling approximately 61,000 electric heaters, which helped increase its turnover by 8% to an impressive 13.5 million euros[4]. The team at Lucht LHZ believes this impressive feat is just the beginning, and is targeting a turnover of more than 15 million euros in the current year[5].

In light of Lucht LHZ's expansion, aiming to increase production by more than half and grow its workforce from 65 to 80 over the next three years, it is possible that the company might consider implementing a community policy that includes vocational training programs for new hires in the manufacturing industry, especially in the finance and business sectors related to electric heater production. These training programs could further equip the workforce to meet the demands of the growing business and industry.
