The primary responsibilities of this position include developing, negotiating, and closing commercial loans, offering credit products such as term loans, revolving lines of credit, and equipment financing, managing business accounts, and supporting clients with treasury and cash management services. Additionally, you will serve as the contact person for all credit law questions, offering advice and action.
The tasks involved in commercial loan processing will require you to assess loan applications, conduct credit analysis to evaluate risk, structure loan terms and conditions, prepare and review loan documentation, facilitate internal approvals, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for monitoring loan portfolios and managing post-approval loan servicing activities.
To qualify for this role, a completed training as a Sparkassen or bank business administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification is expected, with a preference for several years of professional experience in credit business or in the area of "Market Support Active". A degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields, strong knowledge of lending products and commercial banking operations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical skills for credit evaluation and financial assessment, customer service orientation, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships are also desired.
