New Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Joins Easterseals Redwood
Diana Victoriano, a seasoned human resources professional with over 20 years of experience, has joined Easterseals Redwood as the new Vice President of Human Resources and Talent.
Victoriano holds a bachelor's degree in human resources from Miami University and has a distinguished career in HR, having previously led the HR team at 84.51, a data-driven marketing company. Before that, she held various HR leadership roles with Kroger Co. for more than a decade.
At Easterseals Redwood, Victoriano's role will involve building high-performance teams, aligning employee strategies with organizational goals, and driving talent initiatives. Her passion for cultivating a culture where everyone feels they belong and can thrive aligns perfectly with Easterseals Redwood's mission.
Easterseals Redwood is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering children and adults with disabilities, military veterans, and people facing disadvantages to live full and meaningful lives. The organization achieves this through education, healthcare access, employment, and community support programs, serving over 7,000 people annually.
Victoriano's expertise in human resources and talent management will significantly contribute to Easterseals Redwood's goals. By strengthening the organization's ability to recruit, retain, and develop team members—over 400 employees across multiple locations—she can help cultivate a supportive and high-performing workforce.
