The AI Assistant, currently in public beta testing, is designed to balance account-level specifics with broad market expertise, offering a seamless and informative user experience.
The AI Assistant incorporates information from several data sources, including the Nexo Help Center, real-time cryptocurrency market feeds, internal account and product data, and outside learning resources like Investopedia. This comprehensive approach ensures that users receive accurate and up-to-date information at their fingertips.
One of the key features of the AI Assistant is its ability to display numbers and contextualise them. For example, it can show APY rates or interest accrued across various holdings within a client's account. Additionally, the AI Assistant interface offers direct links to platform functions like trading or Nexo's Earn feature.
Users can inquire about recent transactions, loyalty levels, interest earned, cryptocurrency prices, and general market trends using the AI Assistant. It can be accessed via the Nexo logo on Android devices and a sliding notch on iOS devices.
Data integrity and privacy are key components of the design of the AI Assistant. It does not gather private information like phone numbers or email addresses, ensuring user privacy is maintained at all times.
Nexo's larger strategy is to grow intelligent services that simplify digital asset management. This includes the AI News Summary, a service that distills news about cryptocurrencies into daily alerts, and the AI Assistant.
