Nevertheless, the cost of funeral services in Krasnodar Krai escalated by 9.1%, a significantly higher increase compared to Sevastopol's 1.4%. These figures are considerably above the national average of 59,500 rubles for a funeral.
In contrast, Adygea registered the most affordable funeral services, with an average expenditure of 10,700 rubles on funeral arrangements.
It is noteworthy that these figures represent only the official version. In reality, a funeral in cities like Sochi might cost hundreds of thousands of rubles.
