Construction project underway by Knoop-Hofschröer in Nordhorn-Klausheide

The companies specialise in building renovation and developing renovation concepts for both public and private clients. The Knoop-Hofschroer Companies purchased an approximately 4,700 square meter plot in the Heinrich-Focke-Straße from the city of Nordhorn in summer 2017. The companies also plan to buy a 15-meter-wide strip west of the already purchased plot from the city for the construction of the new office building. The construction project is taking place in the town of Nordhorn-Klausheide, which is home to various other companies, including logistics firms, manufacturing businesses, and service providers. However, specific company names are not publicly detailed. The Knoop-Hofschroer companies are set to relocate their headquarters to the Heinrich-Focke-Straße in the A31 Nordhorn-Klausheide-Ost industrial area.
