In the heart of Yakutsk, the urban district of Khatasy is witnessing a significant development. The construction of a slaughterhouse and a hay storage facility has begun, marking a first for the district.

The project, which is part of the ongoing construction projects in Khatasy, started in May. The slaughterhouse, designed to accommodate 10 heads of large horned cattle (LHC) per shift, will be available for use by all farmers and agricultural enterprises once completed.

The slaughterhouse and the hay storage facility are two key objects being built with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of Yakutia. The enterprise responsible for the construction is LLC "Bagarah". The construction site is situated in the village of Khatasy.

The hay storage facilities are designed to store a total of 5,000 tons of hay. Two of the planned hangars have already been built, with plans to construct eight more arch-shaped hangars.

Evgenii Grigor'ev, the Mayor of Yakutsk, recently visited the construction site. He inspected the progress of the enterprise LLC "Bagarah"'s projects in Khatasy. However, as of now, there is no publicly available detailed update on the progress or expected completion date of the slaughterhouse construction.

The purpose of the slaughterhouse in Khatasy, as well as its exact size, is not specified in the earlier facts. It is advisable to check local government announcements from Yakutsk authorities or regional news sources in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) for the most accurate and recent information.

This development in Khatasy is expected to significantly contribute to the farming and agricultural sector in the region, providing a much-needed infrastructure for local farmers. The planned completion date for the slaughterhouse is the fall of 2025.

The slaughterhouse and the hay storage facility, currently under construction in the urban district of Khatasy, are financed business projects aiming to boost the farming and agricultural sector in the region. The slaughterhouse, intended to house 10 heads of large horned cattle per shift, is expected to be completed by the fall of 2025, according to the latest updates from the Ministry of Agriculture of Yakutia.
