Bad Mergentheim has earmarked a total of 55 single-family building plots, 34 semi-detached building plots, 27 building plots for terraced houses or house groups, and six building plots for multi-story residential buildings in the Auenland III area. While a good portion of the single-family building plots has already been claimed, the DORNIEDEN Group's sector remains wide open, ripe for the company's VISTA terraced and semi-detached houses [4].
