Postponement of Auction for LLC "Atrum's" Stake on Lubinsky Prospekt
The scheduled auction for acquiring the 100% stake in the charter capital of the real estate company LLC "Atrum," overseeing several buildings on Lubinsky Prospekt, has been moved from May 16 to July 3. The Russian Auction House reported this shift.
Initially, applications from prospective bidders were expected by May 16, but the deadline has been extended to June 30. The results of the admission process will be announced on July 2. The organizers have yet to disclose the reasons for the date adjustment.
The company "Atrum" is currently owned by Sergei Ilychenko and Irina Kovaleva. Under their management, a variety of real estate properties form the public space of Kamergersky Lane, located between Lenin Street and Budarina Street.
The auctioned lot consists of:
- Budarina, 3 and 3v buildings, home to the wine restaurant Dvorik and other tenants
- Lenin, 11, housing confectionery "Lukler," restaurant "Mesto Pro Testo," shawarma-bar "Lavash," store "Tochek" and other businesses
- Lenin, 13, home to coffee shop Coffee Anytime and footwear store Chester
- Lenin, 13a, where wine bar "Oдно вино" and coffee shop Skuratov are located, among others
- A "Steklyashka" premise set for rental
- A vacant land plot
- A separate 78 sq. m. premise
The opening bid for the lot remains at 350 million rubles.
